YC Hertfordshire has two weekly LGBTQ projects for young people in the Watford area who are in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans community and those who are questioning their sexuality. Come and enjoy meeting other young LGBTQ people in a safe space and help plan our weekly programmes. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.

The YC Hertfordshire Watford LGBTQ projects are weekly support groups for young lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender variant people and those questioning their sexuality.

Come along to the project for your age range and join in with fun activities, learning opportunities and discussions with other LGBTQ young people in the area. We also organise trips you can attend.

The sessions are fun and relaxed, and run by qualified YC Hertfordshire youth workers who are there to support you. Best of all YOU can help plan the weekly programmes!

There are two groups for different age ranges:

  • PACT Project for 13-17s meets on Wednesdays, 4pm-6pm
  • PACE Project for 18-24s meets on Tuesdays, 4:30-6:30pm

The projects are free and confidential - the location will be shared with you when you make contact with us. Contact details are below.
