Prism - LGBTQ Support Group, St Albans

Entertain MeHealthAdvice & Information

Prism is a new group for young people aged 13-19 (or up to 24 if you have additional needs) who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or questioning their sexuality. It was developed by members of Herts1125 Who not What, the strategic LGBT+ group in Herts and young people from St Albans. Joining the group will allow you to meet other LGBTQ young people. Together you will plan and work towards positive choices. You'll get to take part in a wide range of activities and discussions about different subjects that you're interested in.

The Prism LGBTQ Support Group is space for you to discuss and get support with LGBTQ issues.

It's a confidential project that is safe, secure and run by youth workers who have specific training and experience with LGBTQ issues, know about your rights, positive sexual health choices, lifestyles and jargon used in the LGBTQ community.

You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have in confidence - either one-to-one or as part of the group.

There will also be social events and activities!

Please email or phone to get details of the next meeting. See below for number/address.
