Entertain MeHealthVolunteerLearning & CareersAdvice & Information

The Gendered Intelligence youth group is open to all young people who live, work, or are educated in Herts between the ages of 13-19 (up to 24 with additional needs) and who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender fluid and/or questioning their gender. We aim to provide a safe space for a social and support group in Hertfordshire. The group meets the first Wednesday of every month.

YC Hertfordshire is working with Who Not What, a group of young LGBTQ+ people. Through their work we've developed specific support for the young transgender community alongside Gendered Intelligence, a non-profit organisation aimed at supporting young trans people aged 8-25. This is the first time Gendered Intelligence has collaborated with a local authority youth service to support a transgender group.

Our aim is to provide a safe space for young trans people to socialise and support each other. There will be youth workers on hand to offer support and advice and you'll have a chance to take part in other activities in the future.

Please email us for more information and to express interest in joining. To keep all members safe, we only disclose the venue location to the members.
